**Job purpose**

This Internal role works side-by-side with a team of insurance professionals to provide administrative support. This is done through the processing, reviewing and distribution of Insurance documentation while gaining technical knowledge of insurance principles and concepts, and building a network of colleagues for ongoing information and support.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Processes and manages accounts in accordance with agency standards.
- Maintains client files on EPIC & Policy Works and performs transactions to include updating Policy Works, transacting policy renewals, endorsements, etc
- Prepare and distribute Commercial and Agro policy documentation to our valued clients.
- Aged Receivable Support
- Generate Certificates of Insurance through Policy Works.
- May be required to provide general administrative support to the unit including opening and distributing courier mail, preparing outgoing mail.
- Review on control reports such as Policies without Transactions, Service Summary Rows not Issued, Policies not Invoiced, and Duplicate Download.
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Level 2 Licensee

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
