Mattdaniels Limited is a successful construction and service company providing support and special services to multiple residential high rise and low rise builders throughout the GTA.

**We are currently looking for a Customer Care Handyperson**

**What will you be doing?**
- Completing minor deficiency repairs on new homes and condo units.
- PDI, 30 Day and 1 year minor deficiency repairs

**Where will you work?**
- Multiple work sites across the GTA allow us to strategically position our team members for ease of commute.

**Do you qualify?**
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills and be able to work independently.
- Experience in high rise, residential, and/or condominium construction as a handyperson is an asset.
- Smartphone basic functions
- General knowledge of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines an asset
- Own vehicle and tools an asset.

**Salary**: Up to $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
