At Jacobs we operate a hybrid working model, and the role can be based downtown Toronto at the client office combined with working from home. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - A strategic, yet delivery-oriented, thinker. - Demonstrated ability to facilitate reliable delivery, process improvement and high performing teams. - Experience in operational excellence methodologies and ways of working. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills. - Experience of operating in a program / project environment with multiple stakeholders, including operating in cross-business teams. - Analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills. - Experience in developing and maintaining lean Visual Management tools for teams. - A mindset to constructively challenge the accepted norms and always seek a better way. - Client and end-customer focus. - Digital mindset and experience with digital tools (such as PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
