**OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - FULL-TIME FIXED TERM (OCTOBER 2024- MARCH 2025)**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Operations Associate ensures timely and accurate handling of all items related to return management, including processing returns and warranty replacements. This position involves maintaining and addressing issues that arise using the ERP systems through collaborating with internal and external partners.

The incumbent should be initiative-taking and analytical, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

**LOCATION**

Hybrid/Remote position. The incumbent will occasionally be required to work in our head office located at The Forks in Winnipeg, MB.

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**

Reports to: Director of Operations

Key Relationships: Operations team, Retail team,

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor, analyze, and process returns and warranty claims across multi-platform systems and databases
- Collaborate with the operations team to address issues and discrepancies; update SOPs and communicate appropriately
- Liaise with warehouse team to ensure the service level agreement is reached for all returns.
- Resolve return discrepancies, investigate possible communication or integration-related issues, ensuring compliance/shipping information for returns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to meet key targets and deadlines
- Create, maintain and update accurate records of confidential information and return or warranty details
- Accurately process and manage returns for all channels through the entire return and warranty lifecycles

**IDEAL EXPERIENCE**

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience is required
- Demonstrated basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset

**Educational Position Requirements**:

- High school diploma is required
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
