**Position**: Warehouse Associate

**About the Job**

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to contribute to our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the movement of stock, supplies, and materials within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass processing shipments, receiving goods, packing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. This position also requires effective communication between the receiving, shipping, and production departments to ensure seamless inventory flow.

**Responsibilities**
- Process shipments following established procedures.
- Oversee loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Pack shipments in adherence to shipping instructions.
- Verify incoming goods, record discrepancies, and manage damaged items.
- Sort and organize incoming stock using forklift or pump trucks.
- Maintain accurate internal record-keeping.
- Operate forklift or other equipment if licensed and trained.
- Adhere to safe storage and handling protocols for chemicals and materials.
- Assist with order processes improvement and maintenance.
- Provide input on workplace health and safety protocols.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
- 1+ years of warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience is mandatory.
- Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting and communication.
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments.
- Experience working in various conditions, including outdoor environments.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 40 per week
- Salary: $16.00/hour (3-month probation)
- Increased to $17.00 after probation.
- Up to $18.70 based on performance.

**Schedule**:

- Day Shift
- 8-hour shift
- No Weekends.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
