**Your Role: Warehouse and Carpentry Associate**We’re looking for someone who’s **hands-on, reliable**, and ready to learn. You’ll work closely with our warehouse, production and logistics teams to package and prep customer orders for shipment, especially for export, making sure everything is labelled, protected, and tracked correctly. You will also assist the production (carpentry) team whenever needed.

We’re looking for a **Warehouse and Carpentry Associate** to support our warehouse and production teams. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a great attention to detail, and are willing to learn, we want you on our team

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Warehouse Duties**:

- Safely package and label items for national and international shipment.
- Prepare skids from scratch as per the requirements for different orders
- Use skills to tailor packaging solutions based on the size, shape, and fragility of items
- Ensure all shipments are properly protected and prepared for safe transport.
- Communicate with the export team confirming estimated packaging times and ensure shipment readiness.
- Support the shipping and receiving team with inventory management.
- **Carpentry Duties**:

- Assist with woodworking and carpentry production tasks including sanding, cutting, and assembling components for architectural projects.
- Operate carpentry tools (panel saws, chop saws, drills, sanders, etc.) to complete daily tasks.
- Assist carpenters in fitting and assembling trims, molding parts to meet customer specifications.
- Assist in measuring and cutting materials to specifications for custom projects.
- Participate in project planning and execution alongside experienced carpenters, gaining skills in a variety of techniques.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both warehouse and production areas.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking materials to ensure adequate supplies are available for production.
- Support the production team with additional tasks, including tool and material organization, and general warehouse maintenance.
- Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any defects or needed repairs promptly.

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification (or ready to obtain one)
- 1-2 years of carpentry experience
- 1-2 years of experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse work (preferred)
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Hours**:

- **Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**:

- **Fridays OFF**:

- **Saturdays - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM**

**Pay**:

- Start at **$20/hour**:

- Increase to **$21/hour after 90 days** with a strong review
- **$22/hour after one year** + cost-of-living increases
- Overtime pay available

**Location: Woodbridge, ON** - Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
