**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete according to project specifications.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and equipment.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform caulking and sealing of joints as needed for waterproofing and durability.
- Assist in the renovation and building of structures as part of a larger construction team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of hand tools related to concrete finishing.
- Strong understanding of concrete forming techniques and processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with welding is a plus for structural reinforcement tasks.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Pay: $33.43-$35.54 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
