Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

**Salary**: $20-25 for 45 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: London ON and surrounding areas

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school

Work Setting: Residential Flat work

Specific Skills:

- Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operate power vibrators to compact concrete, level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Impart desired finish to concrete and sealing components to cure surfaces, repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.

Additional Skills: Able to Drive Manual Transmission Truck and Trailer

Security and Safety: Clean driver's abstract,

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat

Work Location Information: Remote location, rural area, urban area

Work Site Environment: Dusty, noisy, outdoors, hot, cold, wet, damp

Type of Materials: Light weight concrete

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods

Transportation: Own transportation

Pay: $18.88-$39.10 per hour

Work Location: In person
