We are looking for a highly capable Dispatcher-Customer Service Representative to support our Dartmouth, location.

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing superior customer service to MWSI customer in the ICI and Municipal lines of business.
- Process customer service transactions generated from service contracts, service changes, billing issues, temporary orders, extra services
- Resolve all customer inquiries and report customer issues
- Data entry of clients into TRUX software for both municipal and ICI customers.
- Work with sales, operation and administration departments to complete or resolve customer requests within the east coast operations
- Special projects for market growth opportunities
- Major Account monthly waste diversion reports
- Working closely with both operations and sales to ensure a harmonious relationship through ensuring resolution are found to all issues.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
