You’ll shape and execute channel strategies that position PepsiCo as the partner of choice in a competitive marketplace, while collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to bring best-in-class portfolio execution to life.If you’re passionate about growth, thrive on building relationships, and love turning plans into action, this is your chance to make your mark and be a part of a high impact team.Functional Description:PepsiCo Away From Home Foods is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company’s entire portfolio of food brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go.PepsiCo Away From Home leverages the scale and breadth of the corporation’s brands to provide a unified voice to its customers and deliver competitive advantage in the fast-growing foodservice and vending channels.What you can expect from us:Compensation: $68,900-$112,160 CAD per yearCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needsA dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to workInspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goalsA supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development ResponsibilitiesKey metric deliverablesDeliver specified target net revenue in new business acquisition annually, against wired National Account targets.Create and deliver channel strategy for Region and Sector teams to support delivery of the overall New Business target.Deliver & maintain an accurate period forecast process.Lead strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholdersSecure newly acquired accounts with a multi-year strategic partnershipAct as a liaison and thought partner to the National Account customer teamsLead National New Business AOP execution with other key stakeholders across AFH National Accounts, and the PepsiCo Foods Canada teamsBuild and execute strong Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA’s)Develop Quarter Business Reviews – (QBR’s)Lead Sell In Product Cost Increases and New Product Listings QualificationsFoodservice, new business and/or large account management experience requiredStrong communicator, negotiator, and the ability to think strategically to influence othersDemonstrate strong analytical and presentation skillsAbility to take initiative and follow-up independentlyExcellent interpersonal/organizational skillsThe drive to succeed in a very competitive marketplace, results oriented and the ability to balance sometimes conflicting priorities with a strong customer orientationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordAbility to quickly resolve issues and develop relationshipsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize wellAble to analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexityCandidate must live near a major airport and be willing to travel >30%AI Disclosure: PepsiCo may use Artificial Intelligence as part of its hiring process.
