This exciting Call Center opportunity is for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join a growing team on a long-term contract The clients are looking for individuals with a super star personality and great customer service skills.

The role will start with on-site training in Saskatoon for the first 6 to 8 weeks and then transition into full-time work from home. The training will be from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Pay Rate: $19.22/h
**The role involves**:

- Working at a welcome desk and handling customer requests.
- Dispatching them according to service commitments, creating technical support tickets, placing orders on parts, and maintaining accurate inventory.

**To be considered for this role, applicants must have**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Flexible to work Monday to Sunday, daytime and evenings, including overnights.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
- Previous experience with Salesforce and ticketing is also an asset.
