We’re looking for a compassionate, calm, and dependable individual to join our team as a **Customer Support Agent**, with the opportunity to grow into a **Dispatcher** role over time. No towing or dispatch experience? No problem — we provide full training and support to help you build your skills and confidence.

**About the Role**

At the heart of our work is a commitment to safety, well-being, and community support. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line when someone needs help. You’ll gather information, offer support, and make sure the right help gets to the right place.

After gaining experience and training, you’ll have the chance to take on Dispatcher responsibilities, coordinating field teams and making quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

We operate 24/7, and this is a shift-based position, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. To get started, you’ll need to be available for daytime training during the first few weeks.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Answering calls from people who need help with towing or roadside assistance
- Gathering and entering key information quickly and accurately
- Offering support and reassurance to people in stressful moments
- Coordinating service calls and dispatching help (once trained)
- Communicating with operators and customers to keep things running smoothly
- Helping us deliver fast, dependable service 24/7
