**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing and organizing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Help extract key data from financial documents for analysis.
- Support the preparation of professional presentations for clients and lenders using software like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Assist in summarizing commercial loan requests, ensuring all necessary information is included and clearly presented.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and paper files.
- Other administrative and support tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Recently completed or currently pursuing a certificate, diploma, or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is an asset.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of French is a strong asset.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fully Bilingual French and English

- Aider à extraire les données clés des documents financiers pour analyse.
- Soutenir la préparation de présentations professionnelles pour les clients et les prêteurs à l'aide de logiciels tels que PowerPoint ou Google Slides.
- Aider à résumer les demandes de prêts commerciaux, en s'assurant que toutes les informations nécessaires sont incluses et clairement présentées.
- Effectuer la saisie de données et maintenir des dossiers numériques et papier organisés.
- Apprendre et appliquer des techniques d'analyse financière de base sous supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Avoir récemment terminé ou être en voie d'obtenir un certificat, un diplôme ou un baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires, économie ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Compréhension de base des concepts et de la terminologie financière.
- Grande attention aux détails et souci de l'exactitude.
- Bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel et PowerPoint) ou des équivalents Google Workspace.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais.
- Une connaissance pratique du français est un atout majeur.
- Désir d'apprendre et attitude proactive.
- Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion.
- Bilingue Français/Anglais
