We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Delta, Vancouver Branch This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to our regional team and will assist in the organization and planning to ensure the workflow and efficiency are maintained and will be the first point of contact for inbound customers. **Who We Are**: SW Event Technology / Showtime Event & Display is a leading event services company in Canada, and our winning team of industry experts brings our client’s dream events, both big and small to life. We provide our expert services to the nation’s most exciting live, virtual and hybrid events ranging from concerts, sporting events, festivals, trade shows, and galas, to conferences and equipment rentals. **As the Office Administrator, you will** - Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities ensuring timely adherence to deadlines. - Create, Update, and maintain information in relevant systems and databases. - Provide superior customer service as the central point of contact for office-related activities/clients. - Arrange the processing, exportation, and tracking of all outgoing packages and distribute all incoming packages. - Facilitate the processing of invoices, petty cash, and purchase orders and process customer payments where required. - Assemble the paperwork package for each event as instructed by the project manager. - Assist in coordinating services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for staff. - Schedule and organize internal and external meetings where required. - Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary. - Job Requirements/Qualifications: - **The experience we need**: - Diploma in office administration or other relevant field preferred - 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced industry - Experience in the events industry is a bonus. - Experience with processing invoices is a bonus. **You might be the person we are looking for if you**: - Love helping people— you go above and beyond to show you’re fanatical about customer success - Possess an exceptional eye for detail and like to roll up your sleeves and "figure it out" for your team or your customers and make things happen. - Are Organized - You have impeccable time management skills with consistent follow through. - Can analyze large volumes of information, with the ability to handle tight timelines and adapt to changing customer needs. - Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be proactive and identify potential issues. - Recommended Training: - SuperHost Foundations of Service Quality - SuperHost Service For All - Salary/Wage: $23-$25 - Job Application Process: - **How to Apply**: Here at SW/Showtime, we know that the different perspectives on our team have led to amazing ideas, more innovation, and, ultimately, our success as a company.
