- Produce architectural blueprints and drawings of residential and/or commercial buildings and custom millwork and furniture pieces
- Must be able to model existing products
- Participate in regular design, drafting, brainstorming and staff meetings
- Constantly research innovative ways to improve the design and construction of structures, pieces and projects

- Diploma in Architectural Technology, Architectural Animation Technology, Interior Design Technology, CAD Drafting or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with BIM software, specifically Revit
- Proficient with 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp, Blender or similar
- Able to conceptualize 2D graphics to 3D models
- Possess a strong understanding of building codes and residential drafting
- Able to set priorities and meet firm deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to interpret technical sketches, blueprints and schematics accurately
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized, possess good written and oral communication skills, and possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in drafting software such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and Revit.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

- knowledge or experience in framing and modeling framing
- experience in construction, architecture or design
- experience with Enscape or other rendering and animation programs
- experience with Adobe products such as Illustrator, InDesign, Media Encoder, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc
- knowledge in Google Workspace

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
