**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform various nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
- Foster a positive environment by building rapport with clients and maintaining a friendly demeanour.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in nail care techniques and body waxing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean working environment consistently.
- A passion for beauty and wellness, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
