**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restrooms and entryways.
- Support the kitchen staff by delivering food orders as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
