**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest flow will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist with guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Support restaurant operations by helping with additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
