If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and want to grow, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. **Position Details** Full-Time & Seasonal Positions Available **What We’re Looking For** - Enjoy working outdoors and staying active - Trustworthy, honest, respectful, and accountable - Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Adept at critical thinking and problem solving - Take pride in getting the job done right - A strong communicator who works well both independently and as part of a team **What You’ll Do** - Operate trucks and specialized equipment for herbicide and non-herbicide vegetation management. - Perform hands-on tasks using mechanical equipment for landscaping and invasive plant control. - Identify and treat invasive plant species. - Adapt to changing site conditions, troubleshoot challenges, and find effective solutions to ensure jobs stay on track. - Keep vehicles, tools, and machinery clean, organized, and in good working order. - Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency, provide clear updates, and address client questions professionally. **Skills and Requirements** - Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (bonus if you can tow a trailer) - A great attitude and willingness to learn - Mechanical aptitude is an asset but not required **Compensation** - $28 - $36/hr (based on experience) - Paid vacation and statutory holidays - Medical benefits plan - Work with a close-knit team that loves what they do **Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Overtime Work Location: On the road
