We are now looking for a marketing leader who will reinforce Kryton’s position as a leader in the concrete industry, who will help us craft our corporate strategy as part of the Kryton executive team and who will lead our marketing department to drive our global go-to-market strategy.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a new **HEAD OF MARKETING**. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this Leadership role has a seat at the executive table and will play a key role in developing our global corporate strategy, focused on our industry leading waterproofing technology as well as launching innovative new technology related to low carbon concrete and smart sensor technology. Leading the marketing team and working in lockstep with the sales team, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of Kryton’s global marketing and demand generation programs, with a focus on driving high quality leads, exceeding pipeline, and revenue goals, and driving brand awareness for Kryton solutions within the global concrete and construction sector.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The **Head of Marketing** will be responsible for marketing strategy and budgets, demand generation, content and marketing communications, channel marketing, brand/PR, metrics and KPI, employee development and leadership.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Account-based marketing experience is strong plus, ideally within the building products sector; or familiarity with a manufacturing or technical products environment is preferred
- Education: Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification
- Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management (lead scoring, nurturing, handoff) marketing automation and demand generation with focus on revenue impact
- Technology savvy with web, marketing automation (preferably Hubspot), Google Analytics, and other demand generation related tools and platforms
- Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth
- Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills with track record of promoting a positive, productive and engaged work culture within and across teams, with a strong voice of customer orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork and culture-building skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate with other team members of assorted responsibilities situated across multiple time zones
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, our target audience and buyer’s journey; Familiarity with the construction and concrete industries and topics of securing specifications, green building, embodied carbon, is a plus
- Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills including above average presentation skills
