Perfect timing We're looking for a Floriculture Market Manager. In this role, you will have a liaison role between the various commercial teams, in order to analyze markets and collaborate on the development of marketing and sales strategies to achieve the established objectives.
**OVERVIEW OF THE WORK**:

- Develop marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives. This includes market segmentation, product positioning and the definition of unique value propositions;
- Monitor various markets to identify trends, opportunities, threats and consumer needs;
- Participate in the design and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to stimulate demand;
- Collaborate in product lifecycle management, from design to end-of-life;
- Train on market characteristics and appropriate tactics when required;
- Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as conduit between different functions to ensure all parties are informed of activities within market sector

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- You possess knowledge and culture of most popular varieties in the floriculture market;
- You understand the differences between box store, IGC and grower retail markets and their buying strategy for each segment;
- You are familiar with the market seasonality by geographical region;
- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing;
- You have at least 10 years' experience in a commercial business function;
- You are known for your ability to work with different personality types and adapt to specific audiences;
- You have good analytical skills and sound judgment;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
