**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories, ensuring they receive accurate information and recommendations.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment of parts requests.
- Maintain organized storage of parts and supplies, ensuring efficient stocking and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify necessary parts for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers to secure favorable pricing on parts.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by effectively communicating with clients over the phone and in person.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or service is preferred.
- Familiarity with PBS is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
- Previous dealership experience is a plus, along with knowledge of retail sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00-$6,500.00 per month
