**Job Title**:Human Resource & Administrative Assistant
**Reporting to**:Keltic HR Team
**Work Location **:Sandpiper Resort
**Overall Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR & Administrative functions, initiatives, and legislative requirements.
- Ensure efficient coordination of tasks and activities within the department.
- Maintain accurate and systematic filing systems, including electronic files, to ensure easy access to essential documents.
- Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in communication.
- Manage the HR Inbox by promptly resolving and responding to staff inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including job posting, pre-screening, and reviewing resumes.
- Provide onboarding and offboarding support to hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Assist with Health & Safety coordination and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and protocols.
- Provide support in training administration, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training records, and coordinating logistics.
- Identify and escalate issues of concern to the Senior Management Team (SMT) or appropriate senior manager for resolution.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the department and organization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a human resources department.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and legislative requirements is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
