Benedetta is looking for dynamic, friendly, and reliable staff to join our ice cream & takeout window team in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal.

This is a customer-facing role, perfect for someone with a warm personality who loves fast-paced environments, sweet treats, and providing memorable service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve ice cream and takeout orders
- Operate the POS and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and prep area
- Restock items and manage prep as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy outdoor window setting
- Reliable, punctual, and friendly
- Basic knowledge of food handling and cleanliness
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Immediate availability is a plus

Description:
Benedetta recherche des personnes dynamiques, amicales et fiables pour rejoindre notre équipe de comptoir crème glacée & takeout dans le Vieux-Port de Montréal.

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne ayant une belle énergie, une approche client chaleureuse et qui aime travailler dans un environnement animé.

Tâches:

- Accueillir et servir les clients avec enthousiasme
- Préparer et servir les commandes de crème glacée et takeout
- Utiliser la caisse (POS) et gérer les paiements
- Maintenir la propreté du comptoir et de la zone de préparation
- Réapprovisionner les stocks au besoin
- Effectuer les tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture
- Respecter les normes de salubrité alimentaire

Exigences:

- Expérience en service à la clientèle ou restauration un atout
- À l’aise dans un cadre extérieur animé
- Fiable, ponctuel(le) et souriant(e)
- Connaissance de base en manipulation alimentaire
- Disponible pour des horaires flexibles, y compris les fins de semaine
- Disponibilité immédiate un atout
