**Job Overview**

Ocean Pacific Hotels & Resorts is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer/ Videographer to join our small hospitality dynamic team.

This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work on various projects, including events, food, cocktails, lifestyle and hotel photography.

**Responsibilities**
- Capture high-quality photography and videography for various projects
- Collaborate with our teams to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized in the final product.
- Fully Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, to enhance image quality.
- Manage all aspects of photography and photo shoot projects from planning through execution to delivery of final images.
- Orchestrating and presenting the project plan with visual elements to the team for approval
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve your craft.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition for shoots.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills across various styles of photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere; knowledge of Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and editing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in photography or related field is mandatory

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
