**Manufacturing Manager**

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the day to day operation while planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing of all manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role and managing multi-level direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and production planning.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Manage and develop a team of manufacturing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
