**MININGSKY**: MiningSky Technology Ltd. (MiningSky) is a Canadian firm based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. MiningSky provides power and energy solutions for crypto mining farms. The company specializes in power consumption optimization, mining farm construction, all-inclusive miner hosting, and colocation services. Additionally, MiningSky pursues self-mining in North America. Our team consists of partners with decades of experience in corporate finance, business development, marketing, and technology. **THE OPPORTUNITY** **WHAT YOU"LL DO** - Meet with managers and executives to determine what is needed for any potential new hires - Write a job description for the listing to highlight important job duties and the skills needed for the applicant to excel in the position - Supervise any employees assisting in the hiring process and ensure all employees understand their roles - Review resumes and identify prospects for the interview phase of the hiring process - Interview potential employees individually or as the leader of an interview committee - Identify the best applicant for the position and confirm the offer or submit the recommended offer to senior management for confirmation - Draft job offers and negotiate employment terms for selected applicants - Onboard and provide orientation to new hires **WHAT YOU NEED** - 5 years of professional recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a high-growth environment - Knowledge of fair employment practices - Amazing written and verbal communication skills and a high level of business acumen - Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: All staff are required to wear a mask, workplace areas are sanitized frequently **Experience**: - administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
