So, we decided to expand and took our Friday Night Every Night mission to the next level by opening local hangouts across Canada and the US. We’re now a collection of 20 food forward dive bars and we’re still going strong.

Our menu ranges from mouth-watering burgers to signature soft tacos and healthy salads. Truth be told, we’ve got something for everyone. **Main Duties**:

- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, setting service standards and continuously looking for new ways to improve execution.
- Complete daily cash.
- Report on service KPIs.
- Audit LWB reports and communicate results and strategies with the team.
- Assist the GM with sales strategies.
- Assist with recruiting new hires for the store.
- Help with the training of new hires.
- Develop all staff through regular 1 on 1s.
- Participate in manager meetings.

- You have at least 1 year experience managing a restaurant or bar.
