**Service Advisor - Wonder Auto & Tire**

This position is at **Wonder Auto & Tire Riverview**, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, 2 St Croix Auto locations, Velocity Autobody & 9 Wonder Auto locations.

As a **Service Advisor**, you play a key role as part of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

In this role you would primarily:

- Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times,
- Confirm with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due,
- Communicate with guests after a visit with us to ensure we exceeded their expectations,
- Assist both guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs
- All other activities that help elevate the experience we provide to our guests.

Who are we looking for?
- First and foremost, someone who has a strong desire to help people. This is a personality trait that will be ingrained in you, and it is something that we just can’t train.
- Honesty and Integrity of the highest levels
- Must be a natural communicator with excellent people skills.
- Must be very organized with the ability to multitask.
- Must be computer literate.

**To be crystal clear, you do not need any previous automotive experience** to be chosen for this role. If you have some, that is great, but it isn’t necessary. We are looking for a new member for our work-family who has a heart for service and is an honest, hard worker with great communication skills. That’s all we need We’ll teach you the rest.

We offer an excellent compensation package for the chosen applicant, including a great wage plus a full benefit packaging consisting of dental, medical, health, life, and disability coverage. Currently, this position is offered with no scheduled nights or weekends.
