**Full Time - Riverview, NB**

The main purpose of this position is to provide members with a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash related deposit products and services with courtesy and accuracy. Respond to member and potential member inquiries, analyze needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meet those needs. The Key Responsibility Areas are:
**KRA #1** - Delivery of Member Service

**KRA #2** - Balancing & Security

**KRA #3** - Sales Marketing and Promotion

**KRA #4** - Credit Union Support

Some of the qualifications, which are desired for this position, include, but are not limited to:

- Communicates clearly and concisely (verbal and written).
- History of excellence in member service and confidentiality.
- Tactful, diplomatic and patient when dealing with the public and co-workers.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills is a must.
- Professional in appearance and behavior, supported by a good working record.
- Experience working with and balancing cash necessary. Good balancing record.
- Understands and follows instructions well.
- Works well with little supervision.
- Sales referral experience is an asset.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Committed to increasing knowledge and growth through continuous learning activities.
- Knowledge and navigation of computer systems (Horizon, MS Office)
