POSITION OVERVIEW

The overall responsibility of this position is to review, analyze and process all claims, warranty hotlines & prior work authorizations related to the Hyundai Warranty program and provide support to the dealers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor dealer claiming practices against warranty policies.
- Dealer support of Global Warranty Management System
- Trouble shooting
- Resolution of issues and concerns (problem solving)
- Claim Submissions process
- Submit Labour Time Standard (LTS) reviews.
- Process dealer labour rate reviews.
- Claims and PWAs adjudication in accordance with policy
- Dealership reviews & process chargebacks
- Dealer self-audit process
- Spot audits
- Analyze dealer claim submissions and request parts return to support the Parts Testing Program.
- Inspection
- QA parts testing
- Charge Backs
- Prepare and issue Warranty Bulletins.
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of a secondary school diploma and college, e.g., diploma/certificate/trade license. or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Working experience in multi-national corporate is an asset
- Automotive technical knowledge definitely an asset.
- Good oral and written communications skills in both English and French
- Excellent MS Office skills.
