POSITION OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define warranty KPIs relevant to HAC business plan, department efficiency, HMC and NAQC quality initiatives
- Manage a team comprising of a Warranty Support Specialist and Analyst to maintain effective regular warranty reporting of KPIs
- Project warranty and campaign spending trends, conduct risk analysis
- Define policy and efficiency improvements in collaboration with all warranty department staff to improve dealer, customer and HAC employee satisfaction
- Ensure that department publications effectively communicate warranty matters to dealers
- Provide cost accountability to Finance and HAC management
- Able to present effective analyses to Management
- Ensure warranty receivables are accounted for and remitted to factories in a timely manner
- Maintain accountability of GWMS warranty system improvements with HMC
- Lead the HAC transition to the next generation warranty management system in cooperation with other regions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Bilingual an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong organization skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- 7+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function.
