**We are currently looking for General Labourer's to start ASAP.**

**Job Summary**: The position of General Labour is to help maintain the consistent flow of production through all stages of the manufacturing process and by providing support to Operators and Technicians by performing tasks of a non-technical nature.

**Duties**:

- Perform basic assembly work such as, sanding, trimming, resining, simple metallizing, laminating, and packaging.
- Read, understand and correctly use all production documentation (R.F.P’s, detail sheets, blueprints and any related materials) perform simple calculations.
- Perform reliable check off procedures.
- Meet production requirements regarding, quality and quantity.
- Ascertain if raw material/products meet company quality standards both before and after completing work on them.
- Maintain a clean & safe environment.
- Work at different job stations as needed.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies)**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent - preferred.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing, production or general labour an asset.
- Demonstrate solid hands-on experience by using different hand tools/machines (drills, routers, handsaws, hammers etc.)
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Be able to work with minimum supervision while following all company safety rules (including all strict machine guarding rules) and product quality standards.

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**:

- Exposure to fiberglass cluster.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Job involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Concentration and visual effort required.
