Rogers Partners LLP is looking for a professional insurance defence Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience including Tort and Accidental Benefit matters, and certification from a recognized Law Clerk Program to join our team. To be a successful law clerk at Rogers Partners LLP you must possess the following qualities: a high level of attention to detail; keen observation skills, excellent time management; strong organizational skills; impressive communication skills; as well possess excellent judgment and make important decisions within the scope of your duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- File administration/management from file opening to file closing.
- Organizing file material
- Summarizing documentation
- Summarizing examination for discovery transcripts
- Medical documentation
- Analyzing and preparing liability and damage briefs
- Sourcing appropriate medical examiners for defence medical examinations
- Coordinating surveillance
- Tracking/charting undertakings
- Drafting correspondence
- Document preparation
- Track client deadlines
- Maintaining the physical and electronic filing system
