Must have Experience on Mitchell Estimating and Repair Centre

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Estimating the costs and times for the repair of each vehicle.
- Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Following automobile industry safety norms and standards
- Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
- Meet monthly targets and objectives
- Attend all training seminars
- Customer service, which include, but are not limited to: answering all customer inquiries and explaining the complete repair process

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of estimating/collision theory
- Proficient in RepairCenter, Mitchell on Demand, andMitchell Repair Centre & Audatex software systems
- Clear knowledge of the Automotive and Collision industry
- Familiar with insurance company policies & procedure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
