We help small businesses simplify their day-to-day operations so they can focus on what they do best: serving their clients. We’re a friendly, collaborative team based in North Vancouver, and we’re looking for a **Receptionist** who loves helping people and keeping things running smoothly.

**About the Role**

As our **Receptionist**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, both in person and online. You’ll handle front-desk duties, assist with customer inquiries, and support the team with administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

This is a **full-time, in-office position** at our **North Vancouver HQ**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Support clients by answering general questions about our platform and services.
- Help new customers get started by guiding them to the right department.
- Maintain organized front desk operations and records.
- Assist the Customer Success and Sales teams with data entry and follow-ups.
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient office environment.

**Who You Are**
- A people person — friendly, professional, and approachable.
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
- Able to handle customer questions with patience and positivity.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.

**Bonus Points**
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a customer service role.
- Experience working with appointment-based businesses (salons, spas, clinics, etc.).
- Familiarity with software tools, CRMs, or scheduling platforms (training provided).
