**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Client Care Coordinator / Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our clinic. While we are a medical practice, this is primarily a **customer service role**—perfect for someone with a background in **retail, restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality settings** who enjoys creating warm, professional experiences for others.

We’ll provide full training in clinic systems and workflows. What matters most is your ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients in person and via telemedicine
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Support patients with basic paperwork and forms
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Coordinate practitioner schedules and organize clinic spaces
- Help with ordering supplies and tracking inventory
- Participate in social media posts and light marketing tasks
- Assist with referrals and basic record management (training provided)
- Occasionally support events, team meetings, or clinic outreach

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have 1-5 years of experience in **customer service** (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
- Enjoy interacting with people and making them feel welcome
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Work well in a team and communicate clearly
- Can manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
- Are open to learning medical systems and processes
- Bonus: Experience with Square, Jane, Input Health, or medical admin is an asset
- Bonus: An interest in health, wellness, or active lifestyles

**Details**:

- **Type**: Full-time, 12-month contract
- **Pay**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- **Start Date**: July 2025
