Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a **Financial Analyst Assistant**to join our headquarters in Owen Sound, ON.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for accurate invoice coding of large data set invoices to ensure correct cost allocation to our profit centers.
- Accurately distribute incentive reports.
- Supports the calculation of incentive through collection of information as requested by financial analyst; prepare incentive calculations as directed and communicate same to payroll.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of incentive calculation platform(s) to ensure accuracy and process efficiency.
- Investigate any data input discrepancies as it pertains to incentive calculations.
- Prepare monthly Account Reconciliations.
- Prepare various financial reports as directed
- Undertake special financial analyses and projects as assigned.
- Provide support, as necessary and directed, to Fleet Services and fill-in for the Fleet Services Assistant when needed
- May be responsible for the onboarding process for cell phones as well as trouble shooting phone-related issues
- Undertake special financial analysis and projects as assigned.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- College or University diploma/degree with a focus on Commerce or Business Administration.
- 5 years' experience in a finance-related role
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer software skills.
- Proficient in and ability to organize/prioritize competing tasks and activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to maintain interpersonal relations and diplomacy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
