Tall Tree Health is looking for a talented **_FULL-TIME Office Manager_** to become part of a thriving team at our beautiful clinic located on Commercial Drive in Vancouver, BC. Our admin hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 8:45 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

In this role, you will start with mastering the daily tasks and being the lead administrator. You will be responsible for overseeing and mastering day-to-day operations of the clinic to support the Office Manager.

**JOB SUMMARY**

As Office Manager, you play an important role for Tall Tree Health. You are responsible for providing administrative and office support as well as coordinating and leading our excellent admin team.

In this role, you provide:

- Guidance on handling complex WSBC, ICBC, and third party claims.
- Training, orientation, and development of administrative staff.
- Management of billing and accounts receivables.
- Systems development and maintenance.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on projects as required.
- Time management proficiency.
- Excellent team leadership.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

The examples of functions listed in this job description are representative and not necessarily exhaustive.
- Coaching, leading, and training new hires.
- Managing and collecting accounts receivables for insurers AR and patients and ensuring proper follow and documentation is taken.
- Performing reception duties when required.
- Updating clinic documents such as how-tos, checklists, communication guidelines, and patient documents.
- Scheduling administrative team shifts.
- Managing administrative staff and providing performance reviews.
- Problem solving issues as they arise.
- Overseeing office supplies and inventory.
- Managing and organizing systems and new technology.
- Onboarding/offboarding new staff.
- Inputting new services and fee codes into practice management software as necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION**
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- College Certificate/Diploma or University degree (MOA certificate an asset)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office, Practice Management Software (Jane App)
- Able to proactively see the bigger picture and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficiency in Office Suite and G-Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
