**Responsibilities**
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and trim work with precision.
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to complete projects to specification.
- Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping, plastering, and patchwork.
- Carry out painting and surface preparation to ensure professional finishes.
- Prepare surfaces, set tiles, and repair grout or finishes as required.
- Cut and prepare openings in walls/floors for fixtures and fittings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- 4-6 years of work experience
- Valid G license and a clean driving record is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to deal with customers and clients in a respectful manner
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized and compliant with health and safety standards
- Access to own tools is an asset

**Position Requirements**
- Availability Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Attending and actively participating in on-going training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
