Collingwood, Canada Your Home Property Management Full time

Some duties include:

- Admitting residents and their guest(s), contractors and others into the building - sign in and log visits as necessary;
- Security rounds of the building, checking for damage, hazards and safety issues - bring these concerns to the attention of Property Management;
- Communicate with Property Management any resident concerns;
- Deliveries to units such as newspapers, notices, parcels/mail, assist with groceries and/or luggage;
- Light maintenance duties as directed by Property Management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitizer is provided upon entry of the building and though some restrictions such as wearing masks has been lifted, it is the personal preference of residents and staff to continue wearing them.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collingwood, ON L9Y 4Y2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
