**Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year in retail is required.
- **Customer Experience**: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Pet Care Interest**: Genuine interest in animal well-being, with personal or volunteer experience a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 40lbs, use ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- **Cash Handling**: Experience managing transactions.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Transportation**: Reliable means of getting to and from work.

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
