**Accounting Clerk - Saskatoon**

**Opportunity**

AcuFast is looking for a keen individual who is thrilled to join us in creating the future of pork production. We are currently looking for a **permanent full-time Accounting Clerk** for our **Saskatoon Office. **This position will report to the Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance. This position will be responsible for the accounts receivable processes for AcuFast US.

**This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions, but is not limited to**:

- Invoicing customers regularly by calculating pricing as outlined in contracts, along with the aid of order forms and the sales team’s assistance.
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Researching, understanding, and processing adjustments.
- Collaborating with the sales team and logistics staff for invoice pricing, quantities, and credits support.
- Monitoring established credit policies; performing credit checks.
- Compiling reports for management.
- Assist in the annual audit process and variance analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting. Experience with complex pricing and creating invoices would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry would be considered an asset.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting programs such as Great Plains would be considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Can successfully work independently and cross-functionally in an autonomous work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Shares in AcuFast’s core values.
