Accounting & Admin Clerk

We are InsurGuard Security. We are a leader in the security industry. We sell, install and service alarm systems, camera systems, access control systems to name some of what we do. We are a province wide Dealer for SaskTel SecurTek. We are seeking a full-time Admin/Accounting Clerk.
- **Work Schedule**_
Monday to Friday
8:30 to 5pm.
- **Some Accounting Clerk duties are**:_
- AR and AP
- Reconciliation
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- **Some Admin Clerk Duties are**:_
- Customer Care
- Answering Phones
- Booking of appointments
- Data Entry into multiple platforms
- Creating work orders.
- Working with Inventory
- **Required Attributes**:_
- Superb written and verbal communication skills. This position will require you relay important information over the phone to the good people of our province. The information we provide must be clear and concise. Security is a vitally important service.
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Great with customers.
- Reliable. Be on time and do not miss work.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- **Required Qualifications**:_
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks.
- 6 months minimum accounting experience
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
& MS Publisher)
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
