With a location in Mississauga, ON, and an ambitious growth plan for Canada, we are looking for a **Sales Representative** to join our local team and help us expand our presence and customer impact.

**What You’ll Do**
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue and building strong relationships with our customers. Your role will include:

- Managing and executing the sales strategy for the Ontario region and beyond
- Developing a 3-year plan to drive growth through:

- Account management and development
- New customer acquisition
- Penetration of untapped markets and segments
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Sharing product updates and new release information with customers
- Collaborating with the Sales Director and internal teams to implement national strategies
- Reporting regularly on sales activity and results
- Ensuring quotes and bids are followed up and converted into sales
- Supporting customers with inventory inquiries and order updates
- Making proactive outbound calls to promote product availability and current promotions
- Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, including account management
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, independent sales environment
- Experience working within the arborist, safety, or industrial supply sector is an asset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; knowledge of NetSuite or Syteline ERP software is a plus
- A customer-first mindset with a drive to succeed
- Located in or near Mississauga, ON
