Cafe Cimo is looking for a reliable and organized **Part-Time Secretary** to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with entry-level accounting duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General receptionist duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Entry-level accounting tasks and data entry
- Coordinating shipping and receiving
- Using **Simply Accounting** for basic tasks
- Supporting other administrative needs as required
**Qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with **Simply Accounting** is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- French & English communication skills required

Café Cimo est à la recherche d’un(e) **secrétaire à temps partiel** fiable et bien organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de bureau. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne polyvalente, ayant de bonnes compétences en communication et à l’aise avec des tâches comptables de base.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Tâches générales de réception : répondre au téléphone, accueillir les visiteurs
- Travaux de comptabilité de base et saisie de données
- Coordination des expéditions et réceptions
- Rédaction et envoi occasionnel de courriels
- Utilisation du logiciel **Simply Accounting**:
- Soutien administratif général selon les besoins
**Qualifications**:
- Connaissances de base en comptabilité
- Expérience avec **Simply Accounting**est un atout important
- À l’aise avec l’utilisation de l’ordinateur et des logiciels bureautiques (ex. : courriels, tableurs)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
- Personne fiable, minutieuse et capable de travailler de manière autonome
