As we continue to grow and provide quality professional transportation services, we are recruiting for a **Fleet** **Maintenance Coordinator **to join our **Winnipeg **team.
In order to meet the demands of the transportation industry, we are looking for a results driven individual with the following qualifications.

**Fleet** **Maintenance Coordinator-** **Winnipeg, MB**

**Detailed Job Description**

You will be communicating with mechanics, vendors and operations personnel. You are ready to face the challenges of the day - and ready to make change to enhance the customer experience by ensuring the maintenance team has the parts and tools to perform there duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Work orders in TMW (Truck Mate) prior to Mechanics shift starting.
- Scan Complete Work orders.
- Follow up with Dispatch for any pending and Completed Service Calls.
- Ensure we receive Invoices and Credit Payment Receipt from the Vendors.
- Create Incident Reports for any damage not reported by driver or Third Party
- Scan Invoices on daily basis
- Inventory check for Shop Tools - Weekly (inform if any tool missing)
- Check and Maintain B, C and Trailers PMA due list and Follow up with all terminal
- Pick and Drop Trucks to Repair Shops - class 5 required - shop truck provided.
- Pickup parts on an emergency case.
- Assist Operations & Safety with paperwork and administrative duties.
- Collect driver paperwork and POD’s for furtherance.
- Generate & complete reports as required.
- Full Time - Monday to Friday

Position Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized with the ability to multi task.
- Class 5 License
- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and TMW.
- Assist safety team in hiring and maintaining driver files.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
