**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable **Fleet Maintenance Technician** to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving mechanical challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire replacements, and component swaps.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Use hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment to complete repairs accurately and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and services performed.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with relevant regulations. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Proficient in engine repair and general mechanical systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Clear communicator and effective team player.

**Work Environment & Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, carry, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, around vehicles and machinery with moving parts.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop at all times.
