- Our **Fabricator 2** positions have a **wage range of $19 - $22** per hour based on years of experience and a skills assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

Our **AdvanTec Manufacturing Canada** facility is looking for an energetic **Fabricator 2** to join our Windows Department in Chilliwack, BC.

**Essential functions for this role are**:

- Examine blueprints and drawings to assess what materials are needed
- Operate light machinery, including grinders, sanders, cordless drills, and a variation of saws
- Monitor quality and install fabricated components in the final product
- Adhere to all safety standards and SOP’s

**If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you**
- Requires high school education or GED
- 1 - 2 years’ welding aluminum and/or steel fabrication experience, preferably MIG an asset
- Skills with lathe and end mill an asset
- Experience working with power tools such as a grinder, router and a sander
- Basic mechanical and math skills an asset
- Ability to use and read a tape measure
- Manual dexterity
