Includes: Medical, Dental and Vision CareLife Insurance, Critical Illness, EAP and LTDWe value our employees, and everyone has a voice in the organization.Our Class A Pressure Welders have a starting wage range of $42 - $45 hour based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment. Day shift- Mon-Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.The Class A Pressure Welder dutiesincludes but is not limited to production welding of standard and custom products. Responsibilities will include the use of various hand tools, the fabrication of custom products from supplied drawings, fabrication of custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as the fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment.Essential Functions for this Role are:Work with Supervisors and Lead Hands to ensure continuous improvements in the work cells hitting daily goals set, welding according to pre-set parameters using TIG, MIG, and flux core welding processes.Read and follow drawings and blueprints to set up, tack, and weldComplete all required paperwork and necessary preparation workMaintain a safe, clean and orderly work areaWork in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable recordsExperience, Qualifications, and Skills required:Thorough knowledge of welding practices and techniquesAble to read blueprints/ drawings and following instructionsClass A Pressure Welding ticket Welding of Stainless Steel using GMAW is an AssetCWB Certificate may be required TIG welding experience with Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel is an AssetThank you for your interest in Advanced Flow Systems.
